JOEY KRAMER "HIT HARD" IPHONE APPLICATION CONTEST RULES
GENERAL: The Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App Contest (“Contest”) is subject to and regulated by all applicable laws in any nation, state or other jurisdiction. Participation in the Contest is void in every jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation. PAID, INC. and Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App does not warrant that participation in this Contest is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction. PAID, Inc. and Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App may, in their sole discretion and at any time, modify and/or make changes to these rules. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America govern these official rules and your participation in this Contest. By participating in the Contest you are agreeing to submit any dispute concerning your participation or this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the County of Worcester, Massachusetts. Apple is not a sponsor of, or responsible for conducting, the promotion.
PRIZES: One (1) winner with the highest score after completing the game in its entirety (from the start of each month) will be chosen by or on the last day of each month at 11:59pm ET. The prizes will include one of the following as announced each month:

HOW TO ENTER: Contestants must play the Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone app and be logged into the leader boards on the game. The contestant who either completes the game first or who ends up with the highest score at 11:59pm ET on the last day of each month will be chosen as the winner. You must register to take part in the leader boards - each entry must indicate your email address and a display name (for the leader boards).
DEADLINES: The contest start and end date are month to month (begin on the first of each month and end on the last day of each month at 11:59pm ET).
PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY: All contestants must be legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the state or country you reside in (whichever is older). All eligible entries will be considered. Employees or agents of Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App , PAID, Inc., Aerosmith or their respective subsidiaries, and other related companies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. The eligibility of all participants to receive prizes after winning Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App sweepstakes and/or contests is subject to all of the provisions contained in these Official Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App Contest Rules, along with any other applicable guidelines or rules posted.
WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at the time of the selection. The Winners will be notified within two (2) days from the date of selection. The Winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or U.S. mail, and will have 24 hours to respond to PAID, Inc. and accept his/her prize. If a Winner does not accept his/her prize within 24 hours, then a substitute winner will be selected. Specific instructions about how the Winners will receive his/her prize will be conveyed upon acceptance. Winner may be required to submit valid identification and other information to verify eligibility prior to such delivery. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value, credit, or future Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App promotions. Winners are responsible for paying any federal, state or local taxes on the value of any prizes received, and for any and all expenses in connection with use of a prize. If for any reason a Winner is found ineligible to receive a prize, the prize will be forfeited. Any fraud found subsequent to the awarding of a prize will result in the immediate revocation of the prize. All decisions made by Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App with respect to the selection of Winner(s) are final. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize package, a Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, and publication of his/her score for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App , without additional compensation, through any and all means and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity. CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY: The Contest is subject to and governed by the Rules herein. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF CONTEST: Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App, and PAID, Inc. reserve the right to halt the play of the Contest at any time and for any duration of time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, technical malfunction, etc. Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App and Paid, Inc. also reserve the right to terminate the Contest at any time at their sole discretion by giving notice at Joey Kramer Hit Hard iPhone App . The Contest will terminate at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the same day notice of termination is given.
